The XENDOLL intelligent manufacturing production line consists of:

It consists of an industrial 6-axis degree of freedom robot, a three coordinate robotic arm, a flexible CNC lathe, a flexible CNC milling machine, an RFID system, a PLC workstation, an intelligent warehouse, a central control panel, a conveyor belt, and other parts, realizing unmanned work processes such as automated loading and unloading and processing. The robot feeds and retrieves materials to two machines according to instructions; This system can achieve programming of industrial robot loading and unloading workstation system, integration of loading and unloading system, application of RFID system, programming of PLC system, programming and processing of CNC lathe, programming and processing of CNC milling machine, communication training of fieldbus, and other links. Allowing students to easily master the loading and unloading of industrial 6-axis robots and the construction of flexible machining production systems using CNC machines can meet their needs for learning and operating industrial robots. Through the learning and training of this system, students have a comprehensive understanding and experience of the overall application of intelligent production unmanned factories.
